Just in case if you are not happy about Google chrome language or font settings, you can change them any time through Google chrome options. Today we will tell you simple step by step procedure which elaborates how can you set a different default font and or language settings.
Follow the procedure below, to edit default language and settings.
1. Start Google Chrome
2. Go to Google Chrome Options, from right side toolbar menu
3. Now click the tab named Under the Hood on Google chrome options window – Scroll down and click the button which says Change Font and Language Settings
You will now see new dialog window which allows to change Google chrome default font settings and languages

Thanks for a very clear layout on how to fix the Google Chrome language problem.
However, having followed the instructions and changed my font and checked that under the Languages tab English UK and US appear, I still get the message when I go to Chrome Help – ‘not available in your language’.
It is possible to change from Arabic to English on the ‘Help’ page but it always reverts to Arabic when the page is next accessed.
Is there a solution?
Ths doesn’t apply to Google v.8. The “Under the Hood”-tab is now totally different.
Chrome is so ridiculously frustrating for this.
ok but i have a problem ,i got a new laptop and google chrome is in Russian language and my Russian language is pretty bad
i got the same problem with the language on my Google Chrome, but the language is already in another language, {Korean}. and i am unable to use the Ctrl + B since it doesn’t exist when i go to the Settings area. Can u help out? Thanks.

I too cannot change my google profile. I need English (US) and continue to open google in Dutch as I have to log in from the US to my company server in Amsterdam.

hey, i have a computer that by default is spanish but CANT be changed, and i download google chrome in english but installs in spanish, and when i add a launguage to change the default google chrome language to ENGLISH it says…….. google chrome cannot display in this language ……..
please heelp ! this is so stupid how google! an english made program cant use it own language!
