Note: You can also try the free virus scan on your system from Kaspersky if the file is greater than 1 MB or there are multiple files which you think may be infected by virus.

2. Virus Total Virus Scanner - Virus Total is a free service that scan the suspicious files and lets you detect viruses, worms, trojan or any kind of malware infected files.

3. Virusscan.jotti.org - This is one the most active and effective scanner to scan virus infected files, virus definitions are updated every hour and there is a 10MB file limit per file you upload to check.
