This virus also replicates folder names with a .exe extension. Search for *.exe in the everything search tool sort by file size….just click on the size tab, look for files with a size of 476 kb….select all of them and delete. This should remove all remaining traces of the virus.

Your virus file has been removed, but there is some registry entry which is trying to run that missing file which is why you get this error.
You just need to clean the registry, see this link to know how to remove this error message – http://www.troublefixers.com/windows-cannot-find-cwindowssvchostexe/

You can enable your Control Panel by going to Group Policy and enable it from there. Please repeat the following steps to enable Control Panel Access:

Start > run > gpedit.msc open it.

On the left hand side select User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > On the right hand side open ‘Prohibit access to the Control Panel’, select Disable radio button and click on apply. You will be able to access Control Panel.
