Gmail – Stop Emails From Mailing Lists

There are thousands of Email lists which may keep bugging you at times making you annoyed and killing your time. This is not something new or unusual these days, as soon as someone catches hold of your email if, it starts to spread and you start getting unwanted emails from various mailing lists and marketing companies. If you are a Gmail user like me, you can get rid of these unwanted email in a blink. How ? read on.

In Gmail when you open any email which comes from a mailing list, Gmail will automatically list the unsubscribe link of the email at the top when you open the details of the email. Just follow these two small steps to unsubscribe quickly from any unwanted emailing list :

1. Click on “show details” link on the top right of the email window in Gmail.



2. Now in these details, simply click the link “Unsubscribe from this sender” and you are done.


This is all you have to do, Gmail will show a message like one below :
