Microsoft has finally launched office live web for everyone, Office live web interface seems to be quite easy to use and it has look and feel very much similar to MS Office 2010 interface, here is how it looks as shown in the image below.
As shown in the image above, it also has the useful ribbon interface with many options derived from desktop offline edition from MS Office 2010, Today we will tell you how to share a created document, presentation or spreadsheet with office live web.
Once you are done with editing a document, presentation or spreadsheet with office live web, click the File tab on the top of the web interface for editing and then select share under file menu options as shown in the image below.
Now you can set the access level, who all can access or view this document with their access level.
You can also add specific people who can edit this document but they need to have the hotmail account or windows live account in order to view or edit this document you are sharing. Once you are done with adding people who can access or share these documents, click Save button at the lower left corner end of web interface.
Now it will take you to the next page where you can add an extra message to the person whom you are inviting to edit or view the document on office live web or you can skip it also as shown in the image below.
