IE Tweaker is a freeware program which offers around 90+ tweaks and fixes for internet explorer, It will help you enable / disable various options of internet explorer without direct registry editing. It is a tool that is used to customize the user interface and advanced settings in Internet Explorer. It does this by modifying the corresponding registry entries.
It lets you tweak following options of internet explorer, mentioned below
Browsing Options – This menu option helps you to quickly turn off/on the following:
Smooth Scrolling, Clear type font, Animation, Sounds, Picture Display, Automatic Image resizing
