I solved this problem by following steps. 1. Reboot system. 2. Press F8. 3. selecting VGP mode(just like safe mode). I restarted my computer to make I.E. to work. When the main screen loaded, the resolution changed. I tried to change it but it gave the Frequency out of Range message.
