I recently bought a Dell system (s530) and when booting the system up, the fan produces noise like a jet engine and the POST won't even show up and screen is blank.

I tried checking the RAM and every hardware but still to no avail.Any idea why this might happen and how i could fix this problem?

thanks,
R
