When you get habituated to work on Linux then, you can observe that working on Linux is quite faster as compared to Windows and there are many features which are already embedded in Linux which are not available on Windows. For example, in Linux you can create any keyboard shortcut to perform any functionality offered by Linux like Shutdown, restart, launching any embedded application and many more and if you want to do them in Windows then you will have to take a help of any freeware. Now if you to restart the explorer then you will have to use a freeware named as Right Click Explorer Restart
Users, who spend most of their time on their computer, so not give their computers to shut-down and so keeping it on for very longer period of time, may depreciate the performance of their computer. So, their explorer starts hanging and responds at a very slow speed if they keep their computer ON for a very long period time. Today I will be telling you about a tool named as ‘Right Click Explorer Restart’ with the help of which you can restart the browser in the shortest way possible.
Usually you are supposed to go to Task manager and then stop the Explorer.exe and then again you will have to start a new process in which you will have to specify the name as ‘explorer.exe’, but after you install this tool you will find this in your desktop context menu as mentioned in the snapshot above. Just click that option and then your Windows Explorer will be restarted. As soon as you launch this tool, you will see application windows as specified at the top of the top and then after you click the ‘Install’ Option, you will see that option in the context menu, you will not see any other application window apart from these.
The size of this tool is around 372 KB and it is portable. It has been checked with Window 7 32-bit Ultimate edition. If you face any issue while using this tool then please let us know about it.
