Quick Switch In Opened Documents In Word 2010

There are times when you might be working across several word documents, and you have several opened words documents in separate windows. In such cases in order to look for some information into another word document you will need to quickly switch across all these opened word documents windows.

By normal switching through windows which is alt + tab it might be difficult to recognize the right window, due to the small thumbnail size of the windows opened, although you can make them with large using a program called Alt+Tab tuner which we had reviewed recently. But still it will take much of your crucial time while switching.

Word 2010 by default has a in built option which allows you to switch across opened word word documents quickly. Lets explain with the help of an example, lets assume that there are two word documents opened as shown in the image below.



In order to switch from one word document directly to other click the View tab on the ribbon menu interface as shown below in the image.


After clicking the View tab click on the option under view tab on the right top saying Switch Documents as shown in the image below.
