Remove Pop Ads From Avira Antivirus 8, 9, 10

by Abhishek Bhatnagar on April 3, 2010

Avira is a nice free Anti-virus but it sometime gets very annoying with the large Ads it shows in the Internet Explorer Browser Window. There is a small tool called No-Notify Avira. It removed the Advertisements and notifications which Avira Antivirus shows in the form of Internet Explorer Windows Pop-up every time you start Windows or you update Avira Antivirus.

We had already written a similar tip to turn off Avast Anti-virus update notifications.

The tool is very light in file size and works with all the version of Windows starting from Windows 95 up to Windows 7. It foes not have a fancy user Interface. When you launch the No-Notify Avira Tool, it will ask you to enter the Avira Anti-Virus version. Enter the correct choice in from of numeric input 1, 2 or 3.

It will disable the nagging and annoying notifications from Avira Antivirus.
