Trouble:
We have just received a problem in which reader says: “There is no ‘Send To’ option on the right click menu of any file!”.
This is a very common problem occurs in most of the system which got infected with some viruses in the pen drive which corrupt the right click menu of windows explorer.
Let’s see how can we fix this
Fix:
This problem can be easily solved by running a simple command at the run prompt in windows.
Open Start >> Run and type “Regsvr32 /i Shell32.dll” ( without double quotes )
If the command is successfully completed, you will get a message box saying DllRegisterServer and DllInstall in Shell32.dll succeeded as shown in the image below.

If the above method does not work for you try this registry entry given below.
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{7BA4C740-9E81-11CF-99D3-00AA004AE837}\InProcServer32]
@=”C:\\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM\\SHDOCVW.DLL”
“ThreadingModel”=”Apartment”
Copy the text above and paste it into empty new notepad and save the file as .reg file, double click on the file to merge it into windows registry.
We hope the solution provided above will help you fix the problem.
