Whenever you want to see that message just press F8 when the system boots and then you will see the same message again, if that in-built utility is not able to detect any error in your system then it will take you to another list of options wherein you can perform some of the operations manually on your system to repair it.


You can use them just clicking over them, this is a great improvement made in this version of Windows, I suppose that it will be quite helpful for you, as now you will not have to keep the installation disc and the installation all the times along with your system to repair it any time.
