Whenever you format your system, then you use different backup tools to get the back up of your data and once the format completes, you unbind all the data from that back up file, but there are certain piece of data which cannot be backed up like the configuration settings of the Wi-Fi network. You will have entered them again manually or if you have forgot the key of the network then you will have to search your whole house for that piece of paper. Today in this post we will be mentioning about a smart tool with the help of which you can take the backup of all the Wi-Fi network settings.
You can see the screenshot of the tool, here you will take the backup of all the Wi-Fi connections setting which were saved on your system. You can also use this tool while shifting to some other location, like if you are working on one of your friend’s system then you can unload the settings from this tool on his laptop, and then you can work comfortably. You can see the screenshot of the application mentioned above, there you can see some of the codes written in the middle of the application window.
Select any of the Wi-Fi present on the right hand side, on my laptop there was only one, so you can see only one named Jason on that screenshot. Just click that network and then click add to save the configuration and then name that saved file as per your convenience, now move to another system wherein this network configuration was not loaded, use this portable tool with that saved file to load those settings and then you will be able to work with that Wifi connection quite comfortably.
The size of this tool is around 100 KB and more over this tool is portable with simple user interface. This tool has been tested with the latest version of Windows i.e. Windows 7 32-bit, so it is expected that it will run on all the version of Windows 7. Please let us know if you face any issue while using this tool, just put them in the comments section, I hope that you will appreciate this tool.
