by Rohit Khurana on December 9, 2010

Today I am going to review a tool which will help you to take care of all the processes which are currently running on your system. I know that you have been using Windows Task Manager for this purpose this tool is lot better than that, just give it a try and then you will know. You can call this tool as Customized task Manager and in this post I will be telling you that how can use that tool and how it is different from Windows Task Manager.

You can see the snapshot of the tool mentioned above, now first of all let me tell you that this tool is portable so this means you just need to carry this one on your USB drive and you do not need to install them. You can use anywhere with your USB drive. It has also got the feature to connect with any machine though LAN and then it can tell you about the status of the process or in short I should say that after connecting to that machine you can this tool on that machine (this one is quite new!!). As soon as you launch this tool all the processes will enlisted on the main window and then you can see their PIDs and the amount of memory which has been used by each one of them.

This tool has also got the feature of highlighting the processes which are being operated by you. By default the option of highlighting the process will be disabled just go to Main option on the tool and from there you can switch that feature to Able, all the processes which are being operated by you and their GUI is open will highlighted with red color.

The size of this tool is around 200 KB and as already mentioned which freeware is portable. You just need to download it from the link mentioned below and then you can use it comfortably and one more thing the icon of this tool tells that this tool was completely designed in Microsoft Visual Basic. So go for using this tool and then please do write us if you face any problem while installing or working with this tool, just put down your comments in the comments sections and we will revert back in the same section. We might be able to help you. This tool is expected to be compatible with all the versions of Windows as it has been checked with Windows 7 32-bit Ultimate edition. I hope that you will like this tool, keep reading and have a nice day.
