I just see a transparent window when I click on start and then on the arrow for restart, shutdown, hibernate options. I am using ‘Windows Vista Home Basic’. When I try to use the ‘classic start menu’ I just see a transparent window & I can’t see options for any program but when I change to ’start menu’ I can see options for program but I can’t see options for shutdown. I have tried above solution but they do not work. Please suggest a solution for this. Thanks!!!!!
