There could be a case when you have recently added a Facebook application to your Facebook profile but when ever you use that application it may post some updates on your Facebook wall which you don’t want to see, so in such a case either you would need to revoke some access rights from the application which could be easy for some applications on Facebook or difficult too depending on the application options.
The most easy way is to disable the application completely is to delete the application from your Facebook profile so it stops posting useless updates on your Facebook wall. Lets discuss how to delete a Facebook application from Facebook in easily and faster.
In order to remove a Facebook application, firstly login to Facebook and then go Account >> Application Settings [ as shown in the image below ]
Now click on on the cross symbol on the extreme right for any application you want to remove and stop it from posting on your Facebook wall.
Once you click a cross to remove an application, it will ask for your confirmation as shown in the image below.

i used a facebook app and it posted “bumbom is using application xy”. The problem: I cannot see this post, my friends told me about it. Thus, I also cannot delete this post from my wall.

Hello…I love FB—but want to block the app that mentions someone answered a question about you….and when you click on the icon….you are directed to answer seemingly endless questions about other people—-when all I wanted was to see the answer about myself.
I am irritated by the neverending emails and feel the premise of this app is deceptive
