Yahoo mail has finally provided an option to hide adverts shown in yahoo mail interface, If you are one of those yahoo mail users who gets annoyed by these animated advertisements shown in yahoo mail, as they might distract while reading an important mail.
Now In yahoo mail new interface you can temporarily hide the advertisement on the right hand side of the Yahoo! Mail page by clicking on the small arrow in the border between your messages and the advertisement. If you decide you want to open the advertisement again, just click the arrow again.

There has been an official post around blocking ads in yahoo mail interface by yahoo mail team. This seems to be a good step taking by yahoo mail team to give some ad free experience in yahoo mail to the free users.
But still if you are not happy, either upgrade to yahoo mail plus to remove all ads or use the some other tricky methods to remove all ads in yahoo messenger.
