The scan locations include the programs that run on your computer, the programs that starts when you reboot your computer, your browser’s plug-ins, your home page setting, etc.

It will provide scan result and it’s up to you decide if some file should be removed and if some settings should restored to their default value.

Note: Please be careful! If you delete a legitimate file you may damage your computer.

Fix:

1. Download FixRamvicrype Tool here and save it on your desktop.

2. Disconnect your computer from Internet and all network connection.

3. Turn Off system restore if you are using Windows XP/ME

4. Double Click the file FixRamvicrype.exe which you downloaded in step 1.

5. Allow the tool to run and remove the Trojan. If you face any problem in running the tool, restart the computer and run the same tool in Safe mode in windows.

6. After tool runs and completes fixing the infection, restart your computer.

7. Run the tool again to ensure proper cleaning of Trojan. Again restart the computer.

8. If you are using Windows XP/ME, turn on the system restore which you turned off in step 3.

9. Reconnect the computer to Internet or Network which you disconnected in step2.

What is a Bagle Worm ?

The Bagle worm arrives via email with a Subject line of "Hi" and a body that reads like

Test =)

Test, yep

The email carries a randomly named attachment with a .EXE extension. If the attachment is opened, it will infect the recipients system, launch the innocuous calc.exe (Calculator) program, and modify the registry to remain active upon reboot. Bagle peruses .wab, .txt, .htm, and .html files found on the infected system to harvest email addresses in order to send itself to future victims.

Bagle drops the file bbeagle.exe to the Windows\System directory and modifies the System Registry as follows:
