I appreciate all of the work done above about this problem...but autorun.inf isn't the only threat causing this problem....I had same problem but I could not find any autorun.inf in my pc... So this is what worked for me: Just Rename Your drive for example if your C: drive is named Windows rename it to WindowZZZ and repeat it for every drive in PC....It worked for me...And should work You too if your problem isn't caused by autorun.inf and you don't have viruses..
