I personally use USB Threat Defender. They claim that it has a unique technology(Proactive + Definiton scan) which not only prevents USB viruses from spreading but also detects and removes exisitng viruses from systems which not even the best Anti-Viruses can detect. It also fixes damages done to system.

Disabling AutoRun or using a AutorunVirus remover wont help
Read here: http://www.arzoosoft.com/usbthreats.html

All my office computers have this insatlled and it does a great job.

I recommend this to everyone for home and office.

hi,

i know an old school trick. Autorun on any drives, or dissk, are triggered when the autorun option is checked, i forget where, but there is a registry setting which can be changed and no autorun will happen for any new disks added. now if that doesnt work, you only need to remember to press the shift key while inserting the disk.

on CDs for example, if you insert a disk which has autorun file and press shift while inserting the disk till the time the disk has been read, the autorun will not trigger. i use this approach when i use my USB at internet cafes.
