		<description>I think, if true, most if not all users would like disclosure if &quot;when UAC is turned on&quot;, then (again if true) &#039;even if Windows Firewall has the desired exception selected/ticked AND also Windows Defender again has been configured to allow a desired program to run, it seems that UAC still prevents any program it sees fit from running (and no user over-ride is afforded)&#039;.</description>

		<description>That all sounds well and good except that it does not work on my computer for Skype and several other programs. It allows me to select the program, check the box to allow access but then does not work.</description>
