7Backup is free tool which allows you to backup files and folders from local file system as well as from network file system, this application is designed to use 7-Zip compression tool. So for the all the files and folders it will backup, it will create a combined 7–Zip file one for local backup and another for network as shown in the image below.
You can optionally shutdown your computer after backup is done, once you start the backup it will show the following screen in which you can see further details about the files and folders being backed up using 7 zip.
