Trouble:
We are so dependent on Gmail these days that if I forget or loose my Gmail password, or if someone changes my Gmail password somehow, I will totally freak out.

From past some time I am not able to access my gmail account.
In this article we will tell you how can reset you gmail password in case you forget it, or someone changes it without your permission.
You must first of all Ensure that its not a browser or cookies related problem. See our article on: Gmail Does Not Open On My Computer. After you ensure that its not Browser or Cache or Bandwidth Problem, read on the solution below.
Fix:
First of all, we recommend you to use a strong password containing upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters and avoid predictable passwords.
If you have forgot your password or if your gmail account has been changed by someone, you need to access the below link and submit your gmail id at Gmail Password Reset Page. Gmail will send you an email address which you have saved as your alternate email id in your gmail settings.
You will be asked to enter a text which is shown on next screen.
The email you receive will have the instructions to reset the password using the answer to the secret question you have answered while creating gmail account.
In case you have no access to the alternate email account or you have not entered any alternate email id, then in that case you need to go to Gmail Online Password Reset Form.
In this form you will be asked some basic details related to your gmail account and Gmail account creation date. So note down your gmail creation date in case you might need it in future in case you forget it. This will help you reset the Gmail password.
